about me

my journey

begins in southern Italy: I am an independent Italian designer, born in 1989. After graduating in Product Design at Naba in Milan in 2011, I returned to Sicily, founding a design studio in a small town further south of Tunis, and I begin to collaborate with national and international realities in the world of coffee and industrial design, in smart working as we would say today …

My interest in artisanal production techniques closely linked to the territory and obsessive attention to detail quickly become a recognizable signature. All my projects, all my stories, are based on a constant search for innovation through simplicity, inspired by emotional design, materiality and gestures.

Exhibitions.

The most important projects were exhibited during Milan Design week, at the Milan Triennale, in Turin during Operae and at Materia, an independent design festival in Catanzaro and presented during important trade fairs such as Host, Sigep and at the Salone del Mobile.

During these years I have experimented with the self-production of some limited edition projects, starting from a profound reflection on the high craftsmanship of southern Italy and its cultural roots. These products need to tell a story made of intertwining tradition, innovation and poetics.
